Refund policy
We ship our signed prints and originals through the ordinary mail system, from Bergen (Norway). The orders are usually fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days, but please keep in mind that this is a one man-job.
The prints, T-shirts, phone cases, footwear and other "merch" items are created to order, and sent from the closest fullfilment center that provides the printing for us. If you have any question regarding your order, shipment or otherwise, please feel free to reach out to post@denungeherrholm.com
I want to return my order
You have the right to return your order within 14 days, for any reason and without a justification. Your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
My order never arrived
Sometimes our shipments get lost in the international mail-churn, and sometimes things just like to take their time, depending on where you reside. If you suspect your order is lost in mail, send us a message, and we’ll figure something out together.
My order got damaged
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. Make sure to include an image showcasing your damaged product.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us at post@denungeherrholm.com.
