Shipping policy

We ship our signed prints and originals through the ordinary mail system. The orders are usually fulfilled within 3 to 5 business days, but please keep in mind that this is a one man-job. Please feel free to contact us at post@denungeherrholm.com if you have any questions about your order.

How prints and originals are shipped

We package our prints and originals in cardboard tubes and boxes, and ship them through the ordinary mail system. We send all our packages unregistered and untracked. If you want your package to be sent as registered mail for an extra cost, please let us know by emailing post@denungeherrholm.com, and we’ll see what we can do. But do keep in mind that this can be expensive.

Shipping prices

For prints and original drawings sent from Norway, we offer a flat fee for shipments both in Norway and internationally.

  • For USA based customers, a fee of 9,90 USD will occur.
  • For international customers, a fee of 9.90 USD will occur.

However, if you order totals for more than 300 USD, we'll cover the shipping. For merchandise, the shipping fee will vary depending on the weight/volume of your shipment, where it is sent from, and where we are shipping the order.

Delivery time

We usually fulfil our orders within 3 to 5 business days. Thereafter, the delivery time depends on where the order is being shipped to.

  • For Norwegian customers, the delivery time is approximately 3 to 4 business days, excluding the order fulfilment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within one to two weeks.
  • For European customers, the delivery time is approximately 5 to 7 business days, excluding the order fulfilment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within two to three weeks.
  • For international customers, the delivery time is approximately 7 to 9 business days, excluding the order fulfilment process. In total, you should have your order in hand within two to four weeks.
