The Signed Prints series are some of my favorite paintings from the last few years, hand-numbered and signed by myself.
"Sometimes things just come easy.
This one was just a random ink blot. And I instantly saw the half formed shape of the reaper. I lifted the face out, added a bit of a hood and a scythe, the birds, and then there was nothing more I could do.
The whole thing took maybe 3 minutes tops. And still I don’t know how I could improve on it."
