It waa long season of thinking too much about death. I had said my final goodbye to my grandmother being told she was merely days away. Days turned to weeks. Turned to months.
Sometime during that period I got Blue Oyster Cult’s “(Don’t Fear) The Reaper” stuck in my head, and with it came with this image. I think I finished it a few days after my grandmothers passing."
This fine art print is recreated on Hahnemühle William Turner 190 gsm paper, and looks just as good as the original painting!
