The Signed Prints series are some of my favorite paintings from the last few years, hand-numbered and signed by myself.
"In Norse mythology, Skoll and Hate are the names given to the two wolves who chase the Sun and the Moon in their chariots across the skies.
But for me, I was thinking about the destructivity of my own bipolar cycles as I got the image in my head. About the dangers in my own light and dark.
This was one where I had a very clear image in my head at the start, and then used random inkblots to shape how that image came out. And that little touch of randomness helped Skoll and Hate overshoot my expectations."
